What is included
Setup, mapping, one cutover rehearsal, training sessions for agreed attendees and languages, and a defined number of rework hours by role. Data take-on names the source systems, supported formats, maximum rows, history and files, who owns cleansing and which reconciliation totals must agree before go-live.
The order schedule
One versioned order schedule records the customer and scope, inventory allowance, users and access, data take-on, delivery allowance, connection, support, usage, change control, at-limit behaviour, timing, commercials and exit. An empty field prevents the order being issued, which protects you from an open-ended engagement as much as it protects us.
- Inventory allowance: one edition-appropriate meter such as stands, rooms or managed units
- Support: named channel, timezone, opening hours and response target by severity
- Usage: storage, messages, assistant usage and payment-provider charges with their period and reset
- Change control: extra history, bespoke integrations, new sites or workflows need a written scoped variation
At the agreed limits
We warn at the agreed threshold, then pause additional metered activity or obtain an approved top-up. There is no automatic unapproved charge, and existing records and export are always preserved. Current operations continue until acceptance, migration and rollback are authorised, with a named recovery owner.
Next step
A scope review is the only thing this website offers. It is a working conversation about your last hard operating cycle, and it ends with one recommendation, one engine and a dated payment calendar, or with an honest no.
