Accounting Engine and Payment Connections

Each customer runs on one selected, tested engine profile. The choice is made during the scope review after a fit assessment, and the connection is written into the order with its licensing dependency and included transaction types.

One engine per customer

Engine profiles are being prepared for the accounting products we resell and support, from a small-business cloud ledger to a multi-entity finance system for larger managing agents. The profile chosen depends on entity count, reporting needs and what you already own. A profile is only offered once it has passed connection, mapping and reconciliation tests on a sandbox.

Payments and communications

Card and bank payment collection runs through a payment provider whose charges are shown as usage in the order. Owner, guest and tenant communications use the customer communications platform that already handles our own enquiries; it owns follow-up and suppression, and no second campaign engine is introduced.

Where the connections stand today

Availability is confirmed edition by edition only when the purchased workflow and its financial connection have passed the release checks. Until then every edition is in discovery, and a scope review is the next step. Each selected connection requires its own accepted mapping, posting and reconciliation evidence.

Next step

A scope review is the only thing this website offers. It is a working conversation about your last hard operating cycle, and it ends with one recommendation, one engine and a dated payment calendar, or with an honest no.
