Is it affordable?
You review the full dated payment schedule and the first-year total before you decide, and compare it with your documented current cost. We do not invent savings; if your current arrangement is cheaper, the scope review will say so.
Will it disrupt the business?
Current operations continue until acceptance, migration and rollback are authorised. The order names the recovery owner, and the first cycle is rehearsed on your approved import before it runs live.
How much staff time does it take?
We provide templates and one delivery coordinator, and we agree the specific decisions and time commitments with you in advance. Buyer waiting time is recorded separately from our delivery hours so that neither side hides behind the other.
Are we locked in?
Data ownership, export format, supplier ownership and exit timing are put in the order before signature. The export is an included protection, not a chargeable service.
Are there hidden charges?
Usage, support, supplier renewals and out-of-scope work are listed explicitly. Included features are never charged again as modules, and any metered activity beyond the agreed allowance pauses or needs an approved top-up rather than appearing on an invoice.
Can we start today?
You can request a scope review today. No edition is described as available for sale until its purchased workflow and financial connection have passed release checks, and the evidence page shows the current position honestly.
Next step
A scope review is the only thing this website offers. It is a working conversation about your last hard operating cycle, and it ends with one recommendation, one engine and a dated payment calendar, or with an honest no.
